Welcome to Muzel Cleaning LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, website, or any related platforms, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our services. Muzel Cleaning LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

1. Services Provided
   Muzel Cleaning LLC offers residential, commercial, Airbnb, and post-construction cleaning services. The scope of work, pricing, and scheduling will be agreed upon before service execution. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our sole discretion if conditions are deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or outside of our agreed service scope. Muzel Cleaning LLC does not guarantee the removal of all stains, odors, or damages.
    
2. Service Appointments & Cancellations
    
   • Booking: Clients must provide accurate details for service appointments. Any changes must be communicated promptly.
      
   • Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
      
   • Access to Property: Clients must ensure safe and legal access to the property during the scheduled service time. Muzel Cleaning LLC is not responsible for delays caused by locked or inaccessible properties.
      
   • Late Fees: If access is delayed by the client, additional charges may apply.
      
   • Right to Refuse Service: If a service request goes beyond our agreed-upon scope, Muzel Cleaning LLC reserves the right to refuse service on-site without liability.
      

1. Payment Terms
    
   • Pricing: Service fees are based on the scope of work. Additional charges may apply for extra services requested. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
      
   • Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments. Payment must be made at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
      
   • No Refund Policy: All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. If a client is dissatisfied, they must notify us within 24 hours for a potential re-cleaning at our discretion.
      
   • Late Payments: Outstanding balances past 7 days may incur a late fee. Non-payment may result in legal action or service refusal. Muzel Cleaning LLC reserves the right to use collection agencies to recover unpaid balances.
      

1. Satisfaction Guarantee & Liability
    
   • Service Quality: Muzel Cleaning LLC strives for excellence. If dissatisfied, clients must notify us within 24 hours for a resolution at our sole discretion.
      
   • Limitation of Liability: Muzel Cleaning LLC is not responsible for damages due to improper installation, age, or pre-existing conditions of items, furniture, or flooring.
      
   • Breakage/Damage: Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Muzel Cleaning LLC will assess valid claims on a case-by-case basis.
      
   • No Liability for Unsecured Items: Clients are responsible for securing valuables before service. Muzel Cleaning LLC is not liable for lost or misplaced items unless proven to be due to gross negligence by our staff.
      
   • Insurance Disclaimer: Muzel Cleaning LLC carries general liability insurance but is not responsible for losses beyond the policy’s coverage.
      

1. Client Responsibilities
    
   • Safe Environment: Clients must ensure a hazard-free environment for our team. We reserve the right to decline service in unsafe conditions without liability.
      
   • Secured Valuables: Clients must secure valuables before our arrival. Muzel Cleaning LLC is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
      
   • Pre-existing Conditions: Muzel Cleaning LLC is not responsible for damages due to wear and tear, prior conditions, or improperly installed items.
      

1. Privacy & Data Protection
   Muzel Cleaning LLC respects your privacy. Personal data collected is used solely for service purposes and is managed per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, lease, or distribute customer information.
    
2. Service Refusal & Termination
   Muzel Cleaning LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services under the following circumstances:
    
   • Unsafe, unsanitary, or hazardous conditions.
      
   • Abusive, disrespectful, or threatening behavior toward staff.
      
   • Failure to comply with payment terms.
      
   • Services that exceed our scope of work or violate company policies.
      

1. Indemnification
   Clients agree to indemnify and hold Muzel Cleaning LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the misuse of our services, pre-existing conditions of the property, or non-compliance with these Terms.
    
2. Disclaimer of Warranties
   Muzel Cleaning LLC provides services "as is" and makes no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee specific results.
    
3. Changes to Terms
   Muzel Cleaning LLC may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any modifications.
    
4. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
   These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Texas.
